Review the Tenant Criteria

Review the screening criteria to confirm you meet the requirements including income, credit, rental history, and more. Review before starting your application.

Complete Your Application

Download the application packet, print it out, and fill in all required fields. Scan or photograph the completed application and email it to [email protected]. If you are working with a real estate agent, be sure to CC them on the email. Each adult (18+) must submit a separate application.

Pay the Application Fee

Pay your $60/adult fee below using PayPal, Venmo, or debit/credit card. After payment, screenshot the confirmation and send it to us.

Send Payment Confirmation

Take a screenshot of your payment confirmation and email it to [email protected]. Include your full name and the property address to avoid delays.

Email Confirmation

After payment, send a screenshot of your confirmation to your agent or email [email protected]. Include the applicant name and property address so we can match your payment without delay.
